Refund Policy

30-day money-back guarantee
If our paid scan finds no critical, high, or medium-severity issues in your app, we'll refund you in full when you request it within 30 days. We stand behind the value of a scan that actually surfaces real problems.
What's covered
The guarantee applies to one-time paid scans:
- • Starter Risk Scan ($9) — refundable if no critical, high, or medium issues are found.
- • Launch Scan ($19) — refundable if no critical, high, or medium issues are found.
How to request a refund
Refunds aren't automatic — send us an email and we'll process it manually within 5 business days.
Include the email address you used at checkout, your scan ID (visible at the top of your report), and a one-line note. That's it.
Eligibility
- • Request must be received within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- • Refund is granted when the scan report shows zero critical, high, AND medium-severity findings. Low or info findings don't affect eligibility.
- • One refund per customer per scan tier. If you re-scan the same app after applying fixes and the new scan also comes back clean, you're eligible again for that new purchase.
- • Refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method.
What's not covered
- • Continuous Protection ($99/month) — this is a subscription. Cancel anytime to stop future billing; we don't prorate or refund partial months. The 30-day guarantee applies only to one-time scans.
- • Reports that did find critical, high, or medium issues — even if you choose not to fix them.
- • Scans of apps that block our scanner via WAF, robots.txt, or aggressive rate limiting (where our report indicates we couldn't reach the target). Reach out and we'll figure out an alternative — we won't leave you stranded.
- • Chargebacks instead of email refund requests. Email us first; we always honor the guarantee when the conditions are met.
Why the bar is “no critical, high, or medium”
We exist to find real problems before they become real breaches. If a paid scan returns only low-severity or informational findings on your app, the report didn't deliver the outcome you paid for, and we'd rather refund you than keep money for something that didn't earn its keep.
Across the apps we've scanned, the large majority surface at least one finding at medium or higher. If yours doesn't, that's a result worth telling you about — and worth refunding.
