All payments are final and non-refundable. Your first scan is free, so you can see exactly what vas finds on your app before you subscribe to Go or Pro. You can also preview the report format on our public sample report page first.
Payments are final
- • Go ($19/month): a subscription. Charges for billing periods that have already started are final and non-refundable.
- • Pro ($39/month): a subscription. Charges for billing periods that have already started are final and non-refundable.

Your first scan is free and runs the full 150+ check suite in minutes. You get your security score, your complete issue counts, and one finding revealed in detail, so you can see exactly what vas surfaces on your app before you subscribe. Cancelling a subscription
Go ($19/month) and Pro ($39/month) are subscriptions. You can cancel anytime to stop future billing, and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. We don't prorate or refund partial months.
If we couldn't reach your app
If your app blocks our scanner (via WAF, robots.txt, or aggressive rate limiting) and the report shows we couldn't complete the scan, email us. We'll re-run it or work out an alternative. We won't leave you stranded.
Include the email address you used at checkout and your scan ID (visible at the top of your report).
